Hello! I’m the founder of Safe Speak, a privacy-first voice assistant created for people who value their privacy as much as they love the convenience of technology. I'm from Monterrey, Mexico and am currently a third year engineering student at The Pennsylvania State University. I’ve always been fascinated by the power of technology to enhance our lives. From a young age, I dreamed of a world where I could talk to machines and have them respond. But as I grew older, I realized the trade-offs we often make for this convenience, especially in terms of privacy.
I created Safe Speak because I believe in a world where technology can serve us without compromising our privacy. After seeing how traditional voice assistants store, analyze, and sometimes even share our private conversations, I decided to build an alternative. With Safe Speak, your data stays where it belongs—in your home. By using advanced edge computing and local processing, Safe Speak ensures that your voice commands remain private, secure, and completely off the cloud.
